Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to inpatients according to standards
- Perform nursing interventions and medical procedures as instructed by doctors
- Monitor patients' conditions and record progress in medical charts
- Educate patients and their families regarding health care and recovery
- Collaborate with doctors, medical staff, and other health professionals
Persyaratan
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (Nursing)
- Valid and active STR (Nurse Registration)
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in inpatient care (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- BTCLS or other nursing certifications are an advantage
- Willing to work in a shift system
- Honest, responsible, detail-oriented, and have good communication skills
