Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Provide immediate nursing care for patients in emergency situations
- Perform triage, stabilize patients, and assist doctors during emergency procedures
- Monitor patient conditions and maintain accurate documentation
- Operate emergency medical equipment and ensure readiness at all times
- Collaborate with doctors, paramedics, and other healthcare professionals to handle critical
cases
Persyaratan
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Valid and active STR (Nurse Registration)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the Emergency Department (fresh graduates with internship
in ER are welcome) - BTCLS and ACLS certifications are mandatory
- Strong knowledge of emergency procedures, trauma management, and first aid
- Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to work in shifts
