- Prior experience in sales & marketing, preferably in tourism, entertainment, or hospitality sectors.
- Familiar with handling and coordinating with Online Travel Agents (OTAs), online Dolan & Offlines (OTS).
- Proficient in managing social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) with a good understanding of digital trends and algorithms.
- Skilled in content creation (visuals, videos, captions).
- Proficient in graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop,etc.)
- Experience with running digital ads (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
- Experience in reaching out brand/partner for brand awareness
- Creative, communicative, and proactive in seeking brand collaboration opportunities.
- Strong teamwork and coordination skills across departments with high level of initiative.
